So, an interesting day. I busied myself by waking up at 7am and watching Thor! (Which by the way, is brilliant) and spent the rest of the day doing necessary little jobs and throwing in some work from home.

Managed to write a little more of Chapter 5 of LTJ, one step closer to publishing!

I guess I can manage that! Although I must insist that my life is no more interesting than most peoples!

Hm.. I don’t often look at the fan-art as I believe it’s wrong to draw characters that look so much like Benedict and Martin however there are some truly brilliant pieces out there. I love Alice X. Zhang’s work and a sketch by Lady Vimes. However a favourite piece of mine is by frogstarr! It’s a lovely drawing of Sherlock and John messing around with a camera pulling funny faces!

Progress;

Well, in all sense of the word there hasn’t been much. The other day I was all raring and ready to go to produce chapter 5 of LTJ.. I wrote 600 words and my brain shut down. I’m out of practice and am lacking the determination and commitment I had with Queens, I guess that’s what happens after you stick to such a long fic.

I promise you I’ll be back with regular updates soon.

I need to relax, unwind and de-stress.

Tegan sent me here!! I wanted to tell you I love your work so much and that we all love every word. When will you continue writing geniuses? I am excited for more!!

This is a difficult one, I don’t know. I don’t want to give dates or say it is any sooner than I will because I don’t want to raise your hopes when I know right now I am not physically able to write GLTS to the level you all expect. I’m in progress of planning and writing the first chapter of the Queens sequel which is, as always, time consuming and I’m juggling writing LTJ as well which has been a project I’ve wanted to do for a while. I, however, won’t tell you that I won’t ever write GLTS again, because I know I will. Some day in the near future when I’m free and relaxed, or gain a spark of inspiration I will begin to write again and I know it will become easy and enjoyable again, but for now forcing myself to write isn’t giving good results. I thank you all for being so patient and I hope you know that I’m sorry that I’ve made you wait!

Oh my God! This is without doubt one of the best Sherlock fics Ive ever read! I adored it! I ended up forcing myself to read slowly because I didn’t want it to end! The characterisation was spot on, despite being AU, and just everything was amazing! Okay… *sniff sniff* I am genuinely upset and saddened by the fact this fic has ended. From the start I’ve enjoyed it, and found the characters really well done, and the plot interesting and intriguing. The whole thing is well written beyond belief, and your updates were gratifyingly quick. This is a nice little ending chapter. You did maybe delve into things quite as much as I would have liked, but then again I thought it was just the right length. Short and sweet.

I’m looking forward to all of the future stories you will be kind enough to gift us with, and it would be interesting to see you write some other long fics, but with a different plot. So basically put, well done, and thank you.
